It is if you are making smart food choices. Research shows that people reach their goal weight when they combine a sensible nutrition plan with exercise. A visit to the nutritionist can be most helpful in getting a basic understanding of where you goals, calories, balance and food quality should lie.
A New You in the New Year!
This year replace the word diet with NUTRITION. You’ll be amazed at the renewal that can occur when you fuel your body correctly-increased energy, mental capacity and recovery. Results happen when you are intentional with your eating and exercise. The first week of January I will be here every morning to answer your nutrition questions and put you on a path to successful eating. Don’t use diet as the vehicle to short term goals, make lifestyle changes in 2013 that will carry into the years ahead!
