PGA Pro Golf Instruction

Our golf instruction philosophy centers on two important elements: movement efficiency and basic fundementals.

- Movement efficiency is economy of movement characterized by a proper kinematic sequence of energy transfer-how your body moves to produce swing speed and consistent ball striking.
- Basic fundamentals are grip, posture, alignment, and ball position. Get the fundamentals correct and you have a formula for success.

At Vitality Golf we do NOT teach a particular swing method. We work with your individual body type and movement capacity to create great motion and efficiency. Utilizing the TPI swing and body assessment process we determine how your body limits efficient swing performance. With the TPI Assessment in hand your swing instructor and fitness coach create a game plan to get your body moving properly allowing for a stable, efficient, power packed golf swing. Once your body is mobile and stable your swing coach can make the necessary basic fundamental and swing changes to get you hitting hit long and straight.

Utilizing the Titleist Golf Performance Institute (TPI) screening process, our certified Golf Fitness Instructors measure your ability to generate and transfer speed and determine the most efficient energy transfer throughout your body. We will isolate any physical limitations, correlate these findings to your swing technique and prescribe a custom-conditioning program. –Titleist Golf Performance Institute

Group golf specific training



As a supplemental workout to correspond with the one on one private golf fitness coaching, Elite Fitness Plus also offers Kinesis classes. Elite Fitness Plus is the only fitness facility in Southern California which has its own fitness studio exclusively dedicated to Kinesis, a circuit style-golf-specific workout. Kinesis classes are 45 minute sessions that will put you through a total body workout focusing on cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, balance and power. The golf-specific, total body workout is accomplished by cycling through four stations of the innovative Kinesis system while our certified master golf conditioning Kinesis specialist provides instruction and feedback. The Kinesis system also:

-Works the entire body though a full range of 3-dimensional motions
-Builds and maintains golf fitness
-Provides all the benefits of Pilates and Yoga
