All Elite Fitness Plus clients see our Nutritionist twice a month. This helps us to assist clients in making healthy food choices and, more importantly, healthy eating habits.
Our Nutritionist will help create a personalized daily food and nutrient consumption guideline designed with you and your food preferences in mind. We take all aspects of nutrition into account when designing an individualized program, including current energy intake, exercise habits, supplementation, medication, and fitness goals.
Our Nutritionist will also design a custom protein shake for each client that will be made fresh after every workout. These shakes include the correct ratio of fruit, fat, and protein to adequately replenish fuels burned during a hard workout.
