1 medium sweet potato
1 cup yogurt
1/4 cup granola, seeds, nuts and/or oats
1 tsp. alternative sweetener (such as sorghum, agave, etc.)
Pinch of salt
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Roast the sweet potato in foil for 20 minutes; remove and let cool.
3. Add your favorite yogurt. Top with granola, seeds, nuts and/or oats.
4. Lightly drizzle on your favorite natural sweetener, and season with sea salt.
