All you need to do for these fluffy pancakes is to blend:

-3 egg whites

-1 scoop of protein

-1/4 cup oats

-1/2 tsp baking powder

-1 tsp cocoa powder

-1/4 cup almond milk

-1 tbs Apple sauce (for sweetness)

Let the mixture sit to let the baking powder do its thing. Then place on a warm griddle and cook each pancake (measure 1/4 of a cup for each) until golden brown. In the photo each were topped with 6 grams of pb2foods peanut powder and 10 grams of almonds. This meal is 16 net carbs.
