Healthy and easy meals that can be used for breakfast, lunch, or dinner

We highlighted two healthy and easy meals that can be eaten as breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Hopefully it encourages  you to come up with some of your own creative concoctions.

-half an avocado

-asparagus

-tomatoes

-olives

-feta cheese, green leaf lettuce, and extra virgin olive oil
