Elite Brownie Bites by The Fit Fork Feed

Ready in 10 minutes

makes 27 bites

Gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free

  • 1 cup of coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup of gluten free (quick cooking) oats
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup of cacao powder (may sub chocolate protein powder)
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans
  • 5 dates (soaked in hot water for 10 min or until soft)
  • 3 T reserved date water (optional if mixture is too dry)
  • optional add ins: chia seeds, hemp seeds, Maca powder, cacao nibs, reishi powder
  • Optional: add maple syrup or honey to sweeten to your taste

In food processor or blender combine the coconut flakes, oats, dates, cacao powder, and nuts until the mixture looks like coarse sand.

Add in coconut butter and almond butter until dough forms. You may add water if the mixture seems too dry. Form into balls using a melon baller or a tablespoon. Refrigerate until firm.

TIP: Will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
