Red Smoothie

8 Frozen Strawberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

3/4 cup coconut water

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use Ka’Chava Tribe) (Elite Fitness Plus uses dotFIT for our clients)

1 T vanilla extract

1/2 steamed beet

1 T hemp seeds

Orange Smoothie

3/4 cup orange juice

2 carrots

1/2 frozen banana

5 slices of frozen peach

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Elite Fitness Plus uses dotFIT for our clients)

1/4 t turmeric powder

1 T chia seeds

Yellow Smoothie

3/4 cup coconut water

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

5 slices of frozen peach

1 t maca powder

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

2 T vanilla yogurt

Green Smoothie

1/2 t matcha powder (green tea powder) or spirulina powder

3/4 cup almond milk

Handful of spinach

2 T vanilla yogurt

1/2 apple

1/2 cup frozen or fresh zucchini

Purple Smoothie

1/2 T Acai Powder

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Elite Fitness Plus uses dotFIT for our clients)

1 handful spinach

1 cup almond milk

1 T peanut butter (or almond butter)

1 T flaxseed

1/2 frozen banana

Pink Smoothie

1 pack Pitaya Plus (Dragon fruit smoothie packs you can find in the frozen section of Sprouts, Whole Foods and most health food stores)

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

3/4 cup coconut water

1/2 steamed beet
